Yin Yoga, 75 min
Yin is a Chinese yoga style that works deep into the connective tissues. In this class we relax into poses with the aid of props, allowing us to deepen our stretch and let go into long-held poses. Great for students of all body types and abilities.
Chair Yoga, 55 min
No mat? No problem. Getting down on the floor just isn't available to everyone at all times. In this class we work through poses to create and sustain flexibility and circulation, range of motion and peace of mind.
Pre- and Post-natal Yoga, 55 min
For all new mamas and mamas-to-be! We invite you (and your partners, too!) to dig into poses and postures that will help you through the hard work of child birth.
Morning Jumpstarter, 45 min
Offered Monday to Friday this class is there for you to start your day on a good foot. Or seat. Or plank. Get the heart going, energy up and breath moving to energize your mornings.
